If you've been in one of my group coaching calls, you've probably heard me talk about a very simple 3 step formula for getting results. 

After working with hundreds of coaches and entrepreneurs, I found a very easy way to diagnose WHERE we need to focus on to unlock the next level and today I want to share that with you. 

If you know me, you know I BELIEVE that we all are capable of doing so much more than we can possibly imagine. You know I believe that if someone else can do it, then so can we. It's just a formula.

If we are hitting a plateau, or running into a wall over and over without a breakthrough, then its one or more of these areas:

1 - We don't have the right knowledge.

2 - We aren't taking the right action.

3- We are overthinking it (meaning we are spending time questioning if its going to work out or not, analysis paralysis, fear of failure, fear of success, fear of judgment, comparing and looking at others, fear of repeating a mistake or bad...

One thing I love about what I do is meeting other successful coaches and entrepreneurs and finding out what they did to achieve success, then breaking it down and sharing with you!

Do affirmations make an ACTUAL difference in your success in biz or life?

I love asking this question, lot of people love them and use them. Others, roll their eyes and think they are a waste of time. 

Believe it or not, I was one of the latter for a real long time. And I’m one of those people that will try anything. But I just couldn’t see how saying positive words or phrases could make a difference.

I was a skeptic so to speak, even though I consider my self to be pretty much open to anything.

But then something BIG changed and it caused me to fully embrace them and now I’m a HUGE believer that the works you speak, create the world that you experience!

I grabbed the AFFIRMATION QUEEN, Hallie Avolio, who is also a manifestation coach with 400k followers on TikTok that love her work on affirmations and did a deep dive interview with her on this topic.

She literally manifested her dream business into reality using the same stuff we talked about. ...

There are people searching to find you and saying, ‘Take my money’!!!!

In the mid-2000s I was at the point of bankruptcy when sh*t hit the fan for me. I had accrued almost $100k in mostly credit card debt because of poor lifestyle choices and bad investments.

ROI, COI and Infinite returns. 

Most of you have heard of ROI (return on investment).  

ROI is how much an investment in YOU will return for one of your clients.  

If your business helps others to (a) make more money, (b) save more money, or (c) save more time, then make sure you are using this in your marketing and your discussions with your clients. 

Make sure it is quantifiable and make sure you are creating case studies or testimonials.  

Show them that working with you is an investment with a return.

If you treat it like a hobby, you’ll get paid like it's a hobby.
If you treat it like a job, you’ll be paid like it’s a job.
If you treat it like a career, you’ll get paid like its a career.
If you treat it like a professional, you’ll get paid like a professional. 

It just guts me to see people give up so much to chase the dream of being a coach, course creator or consultant but give up after 3-6 months of work and figure ‘it’s not for me’. 

Part of that is because marketers are always setting people up for failure buy promising HUGE results in just a few months and then crushing people with self doubt when that doesn’t happen.

But as much as I like to throw rocks at the High Ticket Gurus, we have to take ownership too.
