It's true, a lot of people have a big aversion to getting on a call with potential clients.

When I even mention sales to a lot of people and ask them what comes to mind they say things like:

High pressure.
Sleazy.
Manipulative.
Hidden agenda.
Aggressive.
Never stopping.

^ Those are actually words from a live call I did where I asked that question.

So how do you sell if your gut gets an icky feeling with even mentioning sales?

Core Belief #1: You are the expert. You are the one that solves the problem. You are the one who can solve the pain points. 

Core Belief #2: You cannot help everyone. They must be the right fit for your service, the timing must be right. Focus on connecting and not selling. Don't offer your service if you don't feel like it.

Core Belief #3: You are a leader, you can choose who you want to work with, you have the power, you are in control. 

Core Belief #4: You are not needy, you are serving your purpose. Don't offer your service if you don't feel like it. 

If you want to become a star at selling your amazing services, you've got to change your relationship of how you 'feel' about sales and recognize that you are adding value and solving a problem.

Once you do that, you can create a vibrant business!
