𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲....

We usually think of gratitude as 'I'm thankful for some (thing) that I've been given, accomplished or stumbled across'.

Where it gets really cool is that you don't need a (thing) to be grateful for, you can just BE grateful.

𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙮, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙝𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙞𝙨 𝙨𝙤 𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙪𝙡:

#1 Gratitude is a feeling, it comes from a chemical in your body called serotonin and is triggered by a thought (not a thing).

#2 Thinking a certain way, over and over, creates a pattern inside of your mind (neurons that fire together, wire together). The more you think about gratitude, the easier it is to feel good and see the world in a different way.

#3 When you focus on gratitude, it becomes important to your RAS (Reticular activating system).

Your RAS is the filter of your subconscious mind and feeds your conscious mind with what it deems as important to you and blocks what is not.

This is why they say 'what you focus on expands'.

So the more you practice gratitude, the better you feel, and the more you wire your mind...

Build yourself a 'To Be' list instead of a 'To Do' list

Imagine it is 5 years from now and you are living your dream future.

You have financial abundance.

Your relationships are pristine.

You are doing what you absolutely LOVE to do as your career or
business.

You live in a perpetual state of gratitude and joy.

Opportunity seems to just come to you rather than you chasing
opportunities.

You are healthier than you have ever been.

You are stronger mentally and physically than you have ever been.

Now, make a list of characteristics that your future ‘you’ has.

How can you start ‘to be’ more like this person of 5 years from now?

Instead of making a ‘to do’ list for the week, make yourself a ‘TO BE’ list.

Understanding
Patient
Grateful
Open minded
Compassionate
Courageous
Humble
Disciplined
Loyal
Visionary
Influential
Confident
Consistent

Start ‘to be’ more like the person you want to be in this dream future right now and you’ll start do move in the direction of ‘having’...
