Hello Mindset Hackers, on this episode my Mindset Twinner Hallie Avolio joins me as we talk about the importance of elevated emotions and having a high frequency makes it incredibly easy to create the life that you desire.

Last week I talked about the Law of Attraction and how most people miss out on the 'taking action' component. But there is more to that, and it has to do with you emotional frequency and staying as much as possible in what is called an 'elevated emotion'.

Your emotional frequency has ranges depending on what kind of state you are in.

At the lowest part of the spectrum: fear, shame, resentment, victim mentality, unworthiness.

At the highest part of the spectrum: joy, happiness, enlightenment, freedom, gratitude.

By having an intent (of where you want to go) combined with a true elevated state, will allow more of what you want to come into your life.

Imagine a door in front of you.

You don't exactly know what is behind the door, you think there could be opportunity, but also there could be danger.

There is a 5% chance of danger and +60% chance of opportunity.

But you fear what will happen if you walk through that door, instead of the opportunity that might unfold.

So you stay where you are and don't walk through.

𝘽𝙚𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙙𝙤𝙤𝙧 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙛𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙨 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚:

Being judged.
Feeling like and imposter.
Failing.
Looking bad.
Running out of money.
Not having enough time.
It not being perfect.

𝘽𝙪𝙩 𝙖𝙡𝙨𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙗𝙚 𝙤𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚:

Making more money.
Gaining more confidence.
Meeting people that lift you up.
Learning new things.
Finding your voice.
Letting go of your triggers.
Serving more people.

So, back to the fears, 95% of those worries will never happen in the first place.

And the 5% of the time that the do? What's the worse that can happen?

The real danger lies in staying in the same place, where you aren't safe anyway, because its not what is behind the door...
