Today I wanted to share my favorite app to create passive income! 

If you know me, you know I LOVE passive income because it’s money that you can make on autopilot after you create the assets.  

Not only that, but with this app and this strategy, the income you make passively will often create clients that you work with actively!

I’m saying you can get paid for leads!  

Many of you on my list are coaches or entrepreneurs, but some of you were told by a ‘marketing guru’ that you shouldn’t focus on low-ticket offers because you won’t make any money, or you’ll attract clients that don’t have any money.  

There’s nothing further from the truth!

I wanted to share why I'm GEEKING out on YouTube lately!  

I started a YouTube channel almost 2 years ago but then put it on the back burner because it felt like so much work to put out content and I wasn’t seeing the rewards or the value of the platform. 

I was wrong.  

Here’s what changed and why I’m doubling down on YouTube to fuel my business for years to come: 

Most of you know I LOVE LinkedIn as a way to drive business, and that hasn’t changed. But YouTube almost works opposite of LinkedIn, so creating a content marketing strategy using both can be a game changer. 

1 – YouTube is the 2^nd largest search engine in the world (behind Google). It’s a great way to capture the attention of people that are actively LOOKING for solutions to their problems; and I believe it to be far less competitive than trying to drive traffic from organic Google searches.

Today I wanted to share an analogy about a sales concept that has made it so easy for me to sell over the years.

Let's use the example of a cycling nerd.

Cycling nerds are PASSIONATE about professional cycling, the guys that ride 2000 miles in the Tour De France for 21 straight days, tearing each other apart in the heat of July up some of the steepest mountains in France.

A true cycling nerd will spend ridiculous amounts of money on bikes, shoes, carbon wheels, trainers, GPS and tech devices & nutrition.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 every cycling nerd 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙨 is to be faster.

𝗪𝗵𝘆 do they want to be faster? Because they want to look cool and be like their heroes in the Tour De France.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 do they become faster? Well, the reality is you need to train more and eat less calories so that you become stronger and lighter to get...

It was exactly 3 years ago that I was struggling and struggling to get going on LinkedIn. 

I remember I’d post something that I though was profound and yet I would get crickets. 

1-5 likes, 0 to 3 comments (see my screen shot below of when I first started).  

It went on like this for months, I almost gave up. Then I started figuring out how to trigger the algorithm. 

After that my connections, engagement and enjoyment on the platform skyrocketed! 

Unfortunately, a lot of people don’t know what the algorithm is looking for and bump their heads up against the wall like I did, then think that their content sucks or that their audience isn’t there and then give up on what could be 6 figures of business. 

Did you know that LinkedIn’s algorithm will throw your content into what’s called a ‘Spam Bucket’ and you won’t even know it (other than your posts are getting crickets)?
