How to Create an E-Book or Digital Product Sales Page Using Kajabi (The Easy, Elegant Way)

When I created my E-book called The Passive Income Playbook—I didn’t really expect it to sell all that much.

I was mostly doing it for my audience. I had been getting messages asking how I was creating income from digital products, and I thought, “Why not put it all into one beautifully designed, easy-to-digest guide?”

So I wrote the book, packaged it up, and decided to build a sales page for it using Kajabi.

What happened next honestly surprised me.

Not only did the ebook start selling while I slept (literally), but I realized I had unintentionally created something more than just a low-ticket offer. It became a qualifying tool. A cash-generating lead magnet. A way to build trust, attract aligned clients, and set the tone for the kind of brand I wanted to build.

That’s when it clicked.

A Sales Page Isn’t Just About Selling—It’s About Positioning

In the online space, there’s a massive difference between just listing a product and presenting it like it’s worth something. We’ve all seen the PDF that’s slapped into an Etsy listing with no context, no story, no real brand experience.

But when someone lands on a page that feels elevated—designed with intention, clarity, and a message that speaks directly to them—it changes the game.

That’s what I experienced when I decided to create an E-book/Digital Product Sales Page specifically for my Passive Income Playbook. 

And since then, I’ve used the same structure to sell other digital products, and I've helped fellow coaches, authors, and creators do the same.

Here’s What That Sales Page Actually Looks Like

I’m going to break it down section by section—not just what to include, but why it matters.

You don’t need to be a designer. You just need to understand how to tell a clear, compelling story on the page.

1. The Hero Section

This is your opening moment. It’s not just about what the product is—it’s about what it does for the reader.

Use a bold headline that speaks to their deeper desire. Not “Download this Ebook,” but “Lead with Vision. Influence with Purpose.”
Pair that with a short tagline, a product mockup, and a strong call-to-action button.

In Kajabi, you can set your button to open a pop-up checkout or link directly to your offer page.

2. About the Author

Here’s your chance to introduce yourself—not your entire life story, but the part that makes you uniquely equipped to offer this product.

Keep it personal but elevated. Think: “I’ve been where you are. Here’s how I got to the other side.” (I use a shortened version of my bio from my media kit here.)

3. “This Is For You If…”

This section is magic. It helps your reader feel seen.
List 4–6 bullet points that describe their mindset, struggles, or aspirations.

If they nod through every line, they’re more likely to keep reading and buy.

4. What You’ll Learn (or Get)

Break down what’s inside your product—but not like a table of contents.

Focus on benefits, outcomes, and how each element moves them closer to what they want.

I format mine in two columns with simple icons for visual clarity.

5. Your Story

Optional—but powerful.
Tell a mini transformation story. Not just “I used to struggle,” but “Here’s what changed, and here’s how this product came to be.”

This builds connection and makes your product feel like a real solution—not just something you threw together.

6. Testimonials

Even if you only have a few, they matter. Social proof creates safety.
Pair names with faces, keep the copy short and specific, and always focus on how the product helped.

7. Bonus Section

We love bonuses, right?

This is where you add the “but wait, there’s more” moment—not as gimmick, but as generosity. These are a great way to increase value instead of discounting price. 

I often include bonuses like:

  • Access to my digital marketing vault 

  • My Canva Basics Guide

  • A high-ticket branding guide

  • Access to “The Vault” (my template and swipe file library)

Let them see the value stacked in their favor. And the best thing about bonuses is you can use them over and over (it doesn't cost you anything to include them like a physical product would). 

8. Final CTA

Reiterate what they’re getting and make the action feel easy. Something like:

“Start your leadership journey today. Download the ebook and unlock all the bonus resources included.”

Make sure the button links to your Kajabi offer checkout or pop-up checkout

A Note on Tech (Don’t Stress)

If you’re using Kajabi, this entire flow can be built with their landing page builder. You don’t need coding skills or outside apps.

Here are the steps in Kajabi: 

  1. Create a new blank landing page

  2. Customize the sections to fit your voice and product, using the layout I described above. 

  3. Connect CTA buttons to your offer (this handles payment, delivery, and email automation). I recommend having 4 CTA's through the page. 

  4. Publish your page and start sharing it with your audience

That’s it.
