❓ Can I get a refund on a digital product?

Since our Kajabi templates are digital downloads and provide instant access, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a template is purchased, it cannot be returned like a physical product.

❓ What if I accidentally purchased the same template twice?

If you accidentally made a duplicate purchase, please contact us within 7 days by filling out the form below, and we’ll issue a refund for the duplicate order.

❓ What if I have technical issues accessing my purchase?

If you experience any technical difficulties downloading or using your template, please reach out to us immediately by submitting a support ticket below. We’ll ensure you get full access to your purchase.

❓ Can I preview the templates before purchasing?
