Daylight savings time changed the course of my life.
I know that's a bold statement but it's true, here's what happened:
For my entire life, Fall DST was the day when you get an extra hour to sleep in!
After a few days you start to normalize to the new schedule.
In my days as a club promoter and DJ, it even meant an extra hour of partying, not to mention it often fell on Halloween night (the best clubbing night of the year).
But in 2018 on DST, for just one day out of my life, I decided to keep that hour for my personal development instead of sleeping in.
That extra hour was pure 'me' time, and put even in front of my workouts.
This is how I pay myself first with time.
I've now had 1000+ hours of meditation, reading books, listening to podcasts, journaling and visualization.
My stress level is virtually non-existent, my happiness and joy are through the roof and my income is extremely abundant because of the opportunities that have unfolded.
I only made the switch once and that hour...
