What does it take to be a Jedi Master of gratitude?
In todays episode of Mindset Hackers I will discuss the 4 Levels Of Gratitude and how expanding your practice of gratitude will lead to more happiness, joy and abundance in your life.
I've built a framework to help you see where you are and where you could be when it comes to practicing gratitude in your life.
I will also share with you why a focus on gratitude can amplify your level of abundance because it helps your reticular activating system see the world with a different lens.
Level 1 - passively grateful and not often thinking about gratitude, or aware of what it can do. It comes when it comes.
Level 2 - awareness and adopting a mindfulness practice of seeking out things to be grateful for. Taking time each day to write down 3 things to be grateful for.
Level 3 - (Jedi Knight level) Gratitude becomes hard wired in the brain, a perpetual state of gratitude.
